DAY 7/6 FELICITY
The day started with a small test of our teamwork by planning the hiking and the orientation activity. The leader of each activity was not chosen previously by the whole group but we let him/her to emerge spontaneusly. This way, we all could express ourselves and let our diamonds arise!
When we arrived at the village an important thing happened: the part we prefered the most was when we met a local villager we asked for information about the village; his name was Benito and he was so kind helping us that he wanted to take a walk with us around the village and show us his donkeys!!
As we can see in the title above, FELICITY was the word of the day. As we met Benito we could really feel it intensively within the whole group. We could really see happiness in his eyes and we were so overwhelmed by it, that we forgot that we were in a competition against time. We just enjoyed the time spent together with him.
Besides this incredible part of our day, we felt our day as one of extreme teamwork and cooperation with each other: we had to find the correct way through the country, and so we had to help each other and have solidarity among us so we could overpass the obstacles and reach our objective. Happily, we could do it. And so we had a very good european spirit in our group and we think that is the most important: to feel happy with each other, because we are all citizens of Europe. And we must be like so.
